About This Role
- Plan, execute, and close HR initiatives by managing project plans, timelines, and resources across multiple business units.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives including continuous process improvements and establishment of key performance metrics.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget, scope, and schedule while proactively communicating progress and managing risks to deliver quality results.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-11 years of relevant work experience in HR project management or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring with experience managing global HR processes and systems including core HCM, Payroll, Benefits.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
