About This Role
- Design user-friendly interfaces, workflows, and visual layouts for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs while maintaining design system consistency and standards.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and provide design assets with basic front-end understanding.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX web responsive design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (mandatory).
- Basic working knowledge of HTML & CSS (mandatory).
- Qualification: MSC, MCS, BTECH, or MTECH as per the job description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into effective user-centric designs, indicating strong UX understanding.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders, showing collaborative operating style.
- Familiarity or exposure to React or Angular and design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator is an advantage, suggesting adaptability to current UI trends.
