About This Role
- Own end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of an AI Migration Agent to guide customers through desktop-to-cloud product migration, improving completion rate and support deflection.
- Architect a modular, scalable platform capability for the AI agent, enabling reuse across multiple source systems, customer segments, and onboarding journeys.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, AI/ML, design, sales, and operations to deliver the AI agent, while defining metrics to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with at least 2 years shipping AI agents, conversational AI, or intelligent automation products in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Undergraduate degree required, technical discipline preferred; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of agentic architectures, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop escalation models.
- Experience building customer migration, data portability, or onboarding products involving business-critical data transfer at scale.
