About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple global applications development teams to achieve strategic technology goals and deliver new or revised application systems.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget planning, personnel management, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Provide strategic influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions and external parties to drive technology initiatives and risk-managed business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in applications development and management.
- Experience managing global technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data/testing ecosystems; practical experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks and MLOps/CI/CD integration.
