About This Role
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to develop and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions and associated integrations.
- Manage and coordinate OTC program roadmap, including high-level project planning and detailed technical documentation.
- Serve as primary IT liaison for OTC business units, managing UAT and deployment release cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
- 5+ years of SAP SD implementation experience with deep expertise in OTC processes including sales cycle, consignment, returns, EDI, delivery, and billing.
- Strong experience in configuration, implementation, and integration of OTC solutions with multi-system environments.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years SAP SD implementation experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale SAP OTC program management with cross-functional collaboration and offshore team coordination.
- Proficient in building and maintaining complex integrations and portals supporting OTC processes.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and middleware architectures like SAP PI/PO, CPI, or MuleSoft is advantageous.
