About This Role
- Oversee financial and operational performance of all hospitality assets, ensuring budget adherence and profitability targets.
- Lead strategic business development by identifying and managing partnerships, structuring deals, and evaluating expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and contract negotiations to optimize asset value and support investment decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant experience in hospitality asset management, business development, hotel investment, or related domains.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and commercial deal structuring skills involving HMAs, franchise agreements, leases, or joint ventures.
- Experience managing luxury, midscale, and mixed-use hospitality assets with knowledge of RevPAR, GOP, and NOI metrics.

- Experienced in managing hospitality assets throughout their lifecycle, including operator selection and development.
- Skilled in complex contract negotiation and aligning commercial deals with corporate governance and risk mitigation.
- Strategic business developer capable of leading partnerships, market intelligence, and operational performance reporting to senior leadership.
