About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations including General Accounting, R2R, AP, AR, and client portfolios to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, oversee vendor and tax payments, financial planning, analysis, and audit compliance including SOX controls.
- Drive operational excellence through process transformation, resource optimization, client relationship management, and team leadership for enhanced service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations with hands-on expertise in general accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting, vendor and tax payments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional qualification like CA, CMA, or ACCA preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience managing accounting teams, client portfolios, and service delivery in BPM, BPO, shared services, or finance outsourcing environments preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through financial close, audit compliance including SOX, and financial planning & analysis in complex service delivery models.
