About This Role
- Own the finalisation of accounts, statutory/internal audit, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage fund operations including working capital and banking/lender coordination.
- Utilize accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Tally-ERP, Navision) for financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounts, finance, audit, and taxation.
- Professional qualification required: ICWA/CMA or CA; M.Com or equivalent postgraduate in Commerce/Finance.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is mandatory.
- Location: Gurugram; Immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing, PSU, or corporate finance environments with fund management exposure.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards such as US/Canada GAAP is an advantage.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and taking independent ownership of financial processes.
