About This Role
- Manage accurate accounting of invoices in ERP including GL coding, cost center allocation, and tax treatment.
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices ensuring compliance with policies and perform 2-way/3-way matching with PO and GRN.
- Ensure timely vendor payments, monitor advances, perform vendor reconciliations, and manage bank reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Inter CA / M.Com / B.Com.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, statutory compliance mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems and handling vendor invoice processing required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in finance & accounts operations within structured corporate or accounting environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong understanding of statutory compliances related to payments and accounting.
- Capable of managing end-to-end vendor invoice lifecycle and month-end provisions with accuracy.
