About This Role
- Own the Endpoint Security cloud backend capabilities including administration, policy/configuration management, device enrollment, and agent lifecycle.
- Lead cloud-side product definition and execution for unifying multiple endpoint agents and cloud backends into a single platform and drive migration of millions of endpoints between cloud backends.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Managed Services, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration and migration while tracking success metrics and reporting to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years at an endpoint security vendor (EPP, EDR, or XDR).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint agents, cloud-native SaaS architectures (multi-tenant, APIs, microservices), and public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years product management including 3+ years in endpoint security product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing technically complex, cloud-based endpoint security products, especially backend services or cloud management consoles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale product consolidations, cloud migrations, or platform re-architecture at high-growth, globally distributed teams.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and translate technical strategy into operational product delivery while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
