About This Role
- Lead automation projects using UI Path and Power Platforms, including end-to-end bot development and deployment.
- Collaborate with process experts to analyze, design, and implement automation solutions primarily in finance-related processes.
- Manage team members and support existing automation solutions through change request delivery and code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in automation with computers or technical background.
- Hands-on experience with UI Path, Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse), RPA lifecycle, RE Framework, Orchestrator, and related AI tools.
- Experience in finance domain processes and team management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and deploying agentic automation solutions using UiPath and/or LangChain-based frameworks.
- Proficient in integrating AI/Generative AI including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration within automation workflows.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams translating business and technical requirements into scalable automation solutions with strong stakeholder collaboration.
