About This Role
- Own architecture, implementation, and deployment of scalable production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI backend services.
- Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency RESTful and WebSocket APIs and manage vector and relational databases to support AI platforms.
- Develop modern, modular frontend interfaces integrating seamlessly with AI-driven backend microservices, ensuring real-time data streaming and visualization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-7+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Deep proficiency in Python asynchronous frameworks such as FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask.
- Experience building and deploying production RAG pipelines and semantic search engines using vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector).
- Strong frontend expertise with React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind; and knowledge of API security standards like OAuth2 and JWT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer with end-to-end ownership of complex AI platform architectures including backend, API design, and frontend delivery.
- Strong practical knowledge of scalable distributed systems handling high-throughput AI tasks and integration of LLM orchestrations (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Experienced mentor with proven problem-solving in system design, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), and DevOps tooling (Docker, CI/CD).
