About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality engineering for a Dynamics 365 enterprise application focusing on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components.
- Lead requirements analysis, test planning, estimation, execution, defect triage, and closure across releases.
- Manage and mentor a team, establish reusable test assets, and coordinate various testing types including functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and UAT.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of QA/QE experience with recent lead-level responsibility.
- Hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and related security roles, workflows, integrations, and configuration.
- Experience testing APIs and integrations using tools like Postman; experience with Azure DevOps test plans and release pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in QA/QE including leadership roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform depth, including testing of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience managing large projects/processes or products with limited supervision and mentoring junior analysts.
- Ability to translate business processes into end-to-end testing scenarios with strong risk-based and exploratory testing skills.
