About This Role
- Lead end-to-end web application development projects including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment, and support transition.
- Serve as individual contributor and technical lead, managing development teams, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to SDLC/Agile practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, drive impact analysis, backlog prioritization, and lead UAT readiness and rollout support.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years total work experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ReactJS, Node.js, AWS (EC2, Lambda, Step Function, S3, SQS, SNS, Airflow, IAM), PostgreSQL, Agile/SDLC practices, and DevOps (preferably Terraform).
- Experience in IT application development, run support, project management, and business analysis with ability to review code and validate estimates.
- Qualification: BE or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and delivering full lifecycle web app projects with hands-on coding and team leadership.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and maintaining technical governance and quality standards.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications and exposure to AI agents and integration is a plus.
