About This Role
- Manage and monitor daily operational processes including payments, card settlements, account opening, and investment transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform reconciliations between internal ledgers, banking partners, card processors, and cash accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure resolution of operational issues within SLAs.
- Prepare operational reports, handle audit queries, maintain process documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex operational cases.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations, middle-office operations, or related financial services role.
- Working knowledge of bank and cash reconciliations, ledger management, payment processing, and card settlement operations.
- Knowledge of accounting entries and accounting treatments relevant to financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Metabase) is implied but not explicitly required.
