About This Role
- Manage end-to-end scanning and digitization operations for a high-volume, time-sensitive project in Tamil Nadu.
- Lead an operations workforce of at least 50 personnel to meet production volume targets, maintain quality standards, and uphold document custody and information security protocols.
- Collaborate with project management, QA, IT support, HR, and client teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, business process services, or high-volume scanning and digitization environments with team leadership of 50+ staff.
- Science or Commerce graduate degree preferred.
- Fluent in Tamil (spoken, read, and written).
- Notice period less than 30 days, immediate joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale digitization workflows including document preparation, scanning, indexing, image processing, and quality control.
- Proficient with Management Information Systems (MIS) dashboards, Microsoft Excel data analysis, OCR tools, and productivity tracking.
- Skilled at workforce planning, root cause analysis, and turnaround time optimization in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
