About This Role
- Lead and manage a global quality assurance team focused on reviewing client files and documentation across multiple countries and business areas.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for assigned regions/operating entities to ensure timely, accurate, and standardized delivery aligned with global objectives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, manage resources and SOPs, drive internal quality checks, and produce reports to support continuous improvement and zero escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing teams of 15-20 members in a quality assurance or related function.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain, specifically General Insurance lifecycle.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Role based in Pune, India with hybrid work requiring at least three days per week onsite and willingness to work 12:30pm – 9:30pm shift.
