About This Role
- Own reporting, analysis, and controlling activities for the Business Unit or Plant with focus on standard costing, period end closing, budgeting, and financial performance improvement.
- Drive cost control, margin analysis, and manage SAP master data relating to manufacturing costs and transfer pricing.
- Collaborate with plant teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and implement continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in accounting or finance mandatory; professional qualification like Cost Accountants preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in operations finance or manufacturing finance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems (including Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAP Analytical Cloud, SAP Fiori) and expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working closely with manufacturing/plants and understanding manufacturing processes is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in manufacturing finance with strong operational accounting and controlling skills related to costing and inventory.
- Proficient in SAP environments and financial automation/digitalization initiatives.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with plant, sales, operations, and procurement teams to deliver financial insights and cost control.
