About This Role
- Translate business, operational, and client needs into actionable product requirements for Alpha Index HUB's index and benchmark data capabilities.
- Lead requirements elicitation, documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), and support Agile delivery including sprint planning and testing validation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and vendors to ensure operational readiness, data quality, and risk mitigation through dashboards and monitoring frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a product-led or Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to produce Business Requirements Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on SQL skills for data analysis and validation; familiarity with Charles River Development (CRD) environment processes.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years as Business Analyst.

- Experienced in financial services or market data platforms, particularly index and benchmark products.
- Comfortable operating within Agile product teams with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented analyst capable of simplifying complex data workflows and improving operational efficiency and platform reliability.
