About This Role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to ensure predictable Agile delivery and achievement of Sprint Goals.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs and align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and risks.
- Elicit and analyze business needs to create clear, testable requirements and support solution validation including UAT and defect triage.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analysis roles; at least 2 years facilitating Agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, requirements elicitation, process modeling, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, and process-modelling tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement through coaching and stakeholder alignment.
- Skilled in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements with focus on reducing rework and defects.
- Capable of identifying and resolving delivery impediments, risks, and dependencies promptly to maintain project flow.
