About This Role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including strategy, design, development, launch, and market positioning to drive growth and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing, PR) to deliver products on time with optimal resource use.
- Manage product pricing, perform ROI analysis, forecast sales, and act as product evangelist including customer engagement and feedback solicitation.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven work experience in product management or associate product manager roles.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies to executive management.
- Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating and tracking product releases involving designers, engineers, and multiple stakeholders.
- Capable of managing product teams including coaching, planning, monitoring, and performance appraisal.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus, indicating adaptability to fast-paced, iterative environments.
