About This Role
- Design and evolve AI-driven automated test strategies and self-healing test frameworks to ensure zero critical bugs reach production.
- Manually validate complex end-to-end business workflows and determine optimal manual vs automated testing approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement AI-native software quality practices, including AI-powered architecture and performance issue detection every 12 hours.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of test automation experience with exposure to AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or UiPath.
- Proficiency in low-code/RPA platforms such as UiPath and integrating these with AI Agent Builders.
- Understanding of testing and governing AI agents for predictable, ethical, and secure operation.
