About This Role
- Own the technical design and implementation across full stack in one of the product domains, ensuring practical solutions fit mature systems and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product and engineering teams to define problems, prototype solutions, and deliver software with measurable customer impact, focusing on data privacy and usability as AI shapes digital intelligence.
- Use AI tools responsibly throughout development to enhance quality and speed while maintaining privacy, security, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience delivering full-stack software with technical depth and sound design judgement.
- Strong experience using AI tools during development cycles for refining requirements, building, testing, and validating solutions.
- Strong written and spoken English suitable for a global asynchronous work environment.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years full-stack software development experience.

- Experience working in mature, widely used software products with ability to improve existing systems without full rewrites.
- Ability to take ownership independently by clarifying ambiguous problems and shaping clear, outcome-focused solutions.
- Comfortable navigating diverse technical areas including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and customer feedback to deliver meaningful impact.
