About This Role
- Execute Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations using runbooks, including export/import of solutions/apps, configuration, connection reconfiguration, and post-migration validation.
- Manage tasks in a 24x7 shift-based factory model focusing on reliable execution, low defect rates, timely issue triage, and structured remediation.
- Maintain high-quality ticket documentation including actions taken, outcomes, evidence, and clear shift handovers with risk statements for continuous improvement reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migration execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, solutions, connection references, and admin tooling for export/import and reconfiguration.
- Experience working in a 24x7 three-shift factory model with mandatory shift handovers and schedule flexibility for peak migration windows.
- Clear technical documentation skills for ticket updates, structured escalations, and evidence capture for audit and governance.
