About This Role
- Execute Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations by performing export/import of solutions and apps, connection reconfiguration, and post-migration validations.
- Maintain high-quality ticketing and evidence capture during migrations, ensuring clear communication and escalation of complex issues with diagnostic details.
- Operate within a 24x7 three-shift factory model, supporting handovers, executing runbooks reliably with low defect rates, and contributing to continuous improvement reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience executing Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate including solutions, connection references, and administrative tooling.
- Experience working in a 24x7 shift model with mandatory shift handovers and flexibility for peak migration windows.
- Clear technical documentation skills with discipline in runbook adherence, audit governance evidence capture, and ticket hygiene.

- Proven ability to deliver consistent, process-driven execution in a controlled, shift-based operational environment with high attention to detail.
- Experience handling full migration lifecycle including troubleshooting standard issues using playbooks and escalating complex defects effectively.
