About This Role
- Design, build, and operate high-scale, reliable backend services and APIs powering multiple consumer-facing platforms.
- Take end-to-end ownership of problem areas including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, and production operations.
- Optimize and evolve distributed, fault-tolerant backend systems with strict performance, latency, scalability, and cost targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 4-8 years of experience building backend software systems in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in backend languages, preferably Golang.
- Experience designing distributed systems focusing on scalability, availability, reliability, and hands-on cloud experience (AWS or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver backend systems end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, AI-driven APIs, automation) into backend software.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases (relational/NoSQL), and distributed systems design.
