About This Role
- Design, deploy, and lead development of advanced AI agentic systems integrated with enterprise workflows and tools.
- Own end-to-end AI pipelines including prompt engineering, context handling, agent evaluation, deployment, and monitoring for production-grade intelligent agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and ship impactful AI-driven workflows that significantly enhance business decision-making and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in applied machine learning, NLP, or AI systems, focusing on LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.), prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector stores, multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Temporal, n8n).
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), with knowledge of enterprise software development practices (version control, CI/CD, API design).

- Experienced senior AI engineer with deep expertise in building and deploying large-scale LLM-based agentic systems in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable architecting and iterating rapidly on complex multi-agent orchestration workflows and AI pipelines under dynamic startup conditions.
