About This Role
- Drive innovation and operability in the Enterprise Data Security Platform, ensuring effective data security and access management.
- Analyze security, operations, and effectiveness of Enterprise Data Security & Access platforms, identify and address security and availability issues.
- Build automation and quickly respond to new business scenarios related to data security and access.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a technical role involving data security and access engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS; knowledge of data security practices and access control mechanisms (RBAC, ABAC).
- Location: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing data security platforms with strong programming and database skills.
- Understands data governance, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and automated data discovery/classification.
- Capable of collaborating with data stewards and compliance officers to enforce data policies and ensure compliance.
