About This Role
- Develop, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor AI-enabled applications and agents within Microsoft technologies.
- Build and configure AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise systems.
- Own testing, evaluation, performance monitoring, incident investigation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions including orchestration, behavior, and operational telemetry.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong Python development skills and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Proficient with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform integrations.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in software, integration, automation, or data application development with demonstrable generative or conversational AI production experience.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, event-driven integrations, automated testing, CI/CD, production troubleshooting, and AI-specific failure modes such as prompt injection and hallucination.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has hands-on experience building complex AI-driven applications within Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
- Proven ability to design agent behaviors blending AI or human-in-the-loop workflows, with strong focus on evaluation, orchestration, and integration reliability.
- Operates effectively in regulated or professional services environments, prioritizing operational metrics like task completion, escalation rates, latency, and cost per transaction.
