About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services and APIs using Python to support core product experiences.
- Integrate agentic AI capabilities into backend workflows and contribute to AI engineering efforts.
- Monitor and maintain production health through observability, incident response, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in backend or fullstack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and building production-grade APIs.
- Experience with production operations including monitoring, incident handling, and debugging.

- Experienced in building scalable, secure backend systems using asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with integrating AI or agentic AI features into backend services.
