About This Role
- Own the functional analysis and business-process design across Baan/Infor LN Engineering and Global Trade Compliance integration with ERP and PLM systems.
- Translate engineering and trade compliance requirements into scalable ERP solutions ensuring accurate product master data, BOM management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support end-to-end process testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex, global manufacturing IT environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or ERP Consultant with Baan/Infor LN and related engineering/manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong functional expertise in Baan/Infor LN engineering master data, Item Master, BOM, Engineering Change Management, and PLM integration.
- Must be based onsite in Bangalore, India; Visa sponsorship not available; 5-day onsite work required.

- Experienced in bridging Engineering, Global Trade Compliance, ERP, and PLM domains, adept at managing product data flow impacting trade regulations.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of global manufacturing ERP environments including multi-site BOM and engineering change processes.
- Skilled in translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into functional designs, collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups in large organizations.
