About This Role
- Lead architecture and optimization of multi-agent workflows utilizing agent frameworks such as LangChain, Langraph, and GoogleADK to ensure scalable and reliable AI platforms.
- Set and enforce runtime, SRE/DevOps, and reliability standards across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure for agentic systems.
- Oversee technical hiring, coaching, incident response, compliance, and collaboration with architects and product owners to deliver multi-cloud agentic AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–14 years of progressive experience in software engineering focusing on agentic AI, distributed systems, or orchestration platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional modern programming language (Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience in architecting complex agentic or event-driven systems on cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to define and implement advanced multi-agent workflow architectures.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native DevOps practices, A2A protocols, and runtime environment optimization across multi-cloud environments.
- Proven experience in leading incident response, mentoring technical staff, and driving adoption of emerging AI technologies in enterprise settings.
