About This Role
- Lead and manage engineering teams responsible for building scalable deployment tools that enable customers to move data and configurations into Workday environments with confidence.
- Own the delivery, reliability, performance, and supportability of software services in production, including incident response and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer success, implementation) to align technical execution with business priorities and influence architectural decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience building cloud-based applications in object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience owning delivery and production operations for software services in collaboration with product and cross-functional teams.
