About This Role
- Support management system development and implementation activities including legal registers, compliance calendars, and governance tools.
- Assist in preparation and management of EHSS permits, plans, programs, and multi-site compliance under senior consultant guidance.
- Operate and maintain digital EHS/ESG compliance platforms (e.g., Cority, Enablon) and contribute to data handling, documentation, QA/QC, and reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational health & safety, information systems, or related field (equivalent experience also considered).
- 1+ years of relevant experience in EHS/ESG management systems, compliance, environmental management, or similar consulting roles.
- Basic knowledge of EHS/ESG software implementation and compliance frameworks including permits and legal obligation research.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with EHS/ESG digital platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on execution and maintenance of EHS/ESG management system components within consulting or similar settings.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a global team environment supporting multi-site compliance and digital tool use.
- Has operational exposure to EHS/ESG regulatory frameworks and digital compliance tools with attention to detail and ability to follow structured project workflows.
