About This Role
- Manage technical queries and user support for AMOS system including troubleshooting configuration, data, interface, and access-related issues with timely resolution or escalation.
- Identify and drive process optimization and automation to improve workflows and reduce manual effort related to MRO processes.
- Perform impact assessment for reports, data workflows, interfaces, and structural changes; document current and future business processes and propose practical solutions for AMOS ERP alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7 years hands-on AMOS experience in an MRO environment.
- Strong understanding of MRO functional processes with expertise in at least two areas (e.g., technical records, maintenance planning, engineering, configuration management, procurement, master data management).
- Working knowledge of AMOS interfaces and AMOS administration preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years (with 7+ years AMOS)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AMOS consultant with deep domain knowledge in MRO processes capable of handling technical troubleshooting and system support.
- Strong analytical skills to assess impact of changes and propose ERP process improvements aligned with operational requirements.
- Effective communicator with stakeholder management ability to support adoption of AMOS enhancements and process automation.
