About This Role
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation of business requirements to create clear functional design specifications for software development teams.
- Plan, design, develop, and launch business, financial, and operational IT systems supporting core organizational functions and processes.
- Coordinate and conduct system testing, including creating test cases and guiding business users, plus generate reports on findings and recommend solutions to systems issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in business analysis and IT systems implementation.
- Proven experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of software/hardware solutions or systems.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages, network and PC operating systems; proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications understandable by both business and technical teams.
- Capable of conducting detailed requirement analysis including cost-benefit and ROI studies to influence management decisions.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end systems lifecycle including requirement tracking, testing coordination, and post-implementation support within collaborative project environments.
