About This Role
- Lead and mentor the QA team, managing QA activities across sprints and releases.
- Drive automation, API, database, regression, and integration testing efforts to ensure release readiness.
- Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps, DBA, and Business teams while monitoring QA progress and quality metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of QA/Testing experience with at least 5 years in QA Lead or Team Lead roles.
- Strong skills in Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing, and SQL/Database Testing.
- Experience with JIRA, Agile/Scrum methodologies, defect management, and production issue validation.
- Immediate to 30 days notice period is acceptable; experience in Performance Testing (JMeter preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading QA teams and managing cross-functional coordination in Agile environments.
- Capable of driving automation and process improvements with knowledge of Playwright/Selenium and Python/Java preferred.
- Strong focus on quality metrics, risk management, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
