About This Role
- Oversee reconciliation processes and month-end accounting cycle for consumer lending products, ensuring accuracy of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage scheduling and delegate duties to the accounting team, provide coaching, set team goals, and monitor performance.
- Assist with internal controls assessment, risk reviews, audit support, and identify process improvements to accelerate month-end close while maintaining accounting integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- Accounting degree mandatory.
- At least 5 years of general accounting experience and minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, and data filtering.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years general accounting experience; 3 years supervisory experience.

- Experience managing accounting teams with responsibility for consumer lending financial operations.
- Comfortable analyzing complex general ledger data across multiple entities and currencies.
