About This Role
- Lead AI transformation initiatives including designing use-case portfolios and defining operating models for copilot and agentic systems.
- Drive process excellence by leveraging AI-enabled workflows, process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate), and redesign across finance, procurement, HR, marketing operations, customer service, or GBS.
- Develop AI value architectures including business cases, benefit tracking, and cost modeling, alongside designing data strategies and AI tooling/platform strategies for enterprise AI stack integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-11 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep expertise in high-tech industry processes with hands-on AI delivery experience.
- Proficiency in AI fluency across generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent technologies.
- Experience with AI-enabled process discovery, redesign, and process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or Power Automate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing domain consulting within high-tech or related industry sectors with demonstrated AI transformation leadership.
- Capable of strategizing and operationalizing AI Centers of Excellence, governance, and maturity assessment frameworks.
- Skilled in evaluating AI tooling/platforms, multi-agent workflows, and integrating AI across enterprise functions with strong pre-sales support exposure.
