About This Role
- Own and provide Level 3 support and escalation for global security platforms focusing on Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls, and Zscaler solutions.
- Design, implement, optimize, and maintain firewall policies, VPN configurations, and security rules across multiple technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Lead root cause analysis, incident remediation, compliance audit support, and collaboration with SOC/NOC and IT teams to enforce security policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in network and security engineering roles with a minimum of 3 years in Level 3 support or senior engineering capacity.
- Advanced expertise with Checkpoint firewalls (MDS, SmartConsole, SmartDashboard, VPNs, threat prevention, clustering).
- Proficient with Cisco ASA firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, VPN tunnels (IPSec/SSL), and troubleshooting.
- Work Location: Pune.

- Experienced in large-scale, global enterprise security environments managing complex, multi-vendor firewall and security infrastructures.
- Strong operating style in incident escalation management, root cause analysis, and cross-team collaboration with SOC, NOC, and IT application teams.
- Technical proficiency in Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Zscaler platforms with preference for candidates holding relevant certifications such as CCSA, CCSE, CCNP Security, or Zscaler Certified Professional.
