About This Role
- Own and execute delivery operations processes including Procurement, Fulfillment, Statements, and Credit Card Agreements with accuracy and prioritized deliverables.
- Support process improvement by evaluating current procedures, identifying root causes of problems, and recommending solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, support quality audits and reporting, and perform SQL query execution/modification as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operation Management or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in operations/process driven environments, with exposure to managing multiple processes.
- Ability to run and modify SQL queries; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in operations or related fields.

- Experienced in marketing, banking, or financial operations with a strong understanding of audits and process controls.
- Capable of managing multiple operational processes simultaneously with a focus on quality and risk management.
