About This Role
- Lead and manage daily vendor accounting operations including supervision of 4-5 Associates to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Oversee invoice processing across PO, Non-PO, service, and material invoices with SAP operations ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Act as escalation point for vendor invoice issues and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-12 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, or Vendor Accounting functions.
- 2-3 years hands-on SAP experience specifically in invoice processing and vendor accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in team handling or supervision preferred; exposure to Material Accounting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing vendor invoice processing operations with strong knowledge of SAP and ERP invoice workflows.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder collaboration including Procurement, Plant Accounting, and Commercial Teams for invoice and vendor management.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency improvements, compliance, and financial controls within vendor accounting.
