About This Role
- Lead and coordinate operations team to achieve short and long term goals, handle workforce development through coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure effective planning and execution of operations to reduce waste, meet milestones, and manage escalations timely.
- Interact with business partners and key stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, initiate quality improvements, and participate in special projects and leadership calls.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree from recognized university.
- 7-10 years overall experience in Defined Contribution domain with minimum 4 years in Transaction Operations.
- Proficiency in Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in US shift hours.
