About This Role
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team responsible for high-volume client file reviews across global operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Manage quality assurance processes for assigned regions/entities including stakeholder relationships, standardization of work processes, and resource utilization for efficient delivery.
- Own daily QA delivery and SOP decisions within set frameworks, ensure zero escalations, maintain team competency and performance, and report outcomes using Qualtrics Survey dashboard.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing teams of 15-20 members with focus on performance enhancement and development.
- Good knowledge of the insurance domain, especially General Insurance lifecycle.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Role is hybrid based in Pune with requirement to work at least three days a week in office, shift from 12:30pm to 9:30pm.

- Proven capability to handle high volume tasks with effective prioritization and resource allocation in a quality assurance context.
- Insurance domain expertise aligned with quality assurance in a global context, ideally with exposure to compliance, legal, and risk functions.
