About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple global technology teams developing application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic planning while monitoring delivery outcomes and ensuring adherence to standards and compliance.
- Influence senior leadership across functions, manage risks, and uphold compliance to safeguard the firm’s reputation and assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in applications development and management.
- Experience managing global technology teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python and related data/testing ecosystems; practical experience with AI/LLM evaluation frameworks, model APIs, MLOps/CI/CD platforms, and adversarial/safety testing.

- Operationally strategic with proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage resource planning and budgets.
