About This Role
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers throughout the RTL-to-GDS flow using Synopsys Implementation products, especially Fusion Compiler.
- Diagnose and resolve synthesis and place-and-route challenges to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to influence the product roadmap and roll out new methodologies, including authoring technical resources and training customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years with B-Tech or minimum 3 years with M-Tech in Physical Implementation RTL-GDS or related domain.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Synopsys Fusion Compiler and RTL-to-GDS flows including synthesis, place & route, timing analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Tcl, Unix shell, Perl, and Python.
- Experience in multiple chip tape-outs preferably at 7nm or lower process nodes across foundries.

- Technically expert in implementation methodologies with proven ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve advanced synthesis and PnR design challenges.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills to translate technical concepts and advocate for customer needs.
- Demonstrates strategic influence by collaborating closely with R&D and product teams to drive innovation and adoption in high-impact, fast-paced environments.
