About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on Azure Databricks Lakehouse, from ingestion through transformation to delivery.
- Own pipeline orchestration using Apache Airflow, ensuring reliability, monitoring, automated recovery, and data quality via automated testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, domain-oriented data products applying data mesh principles, with cost and performance optimization responsibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Data Engineer building and operating production data pipelines at scale.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipeline development and automation.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform, Azure Databricks, and modern Lakehouse or data warehouse architectures.
- Experience building ELT pipelines with dbt and orchestrating workflows using Apache Airflow.

- Experienced working in fast-paced, high-growth environments similar to large tech companies, handling end-to-end data engineering responsibilities.
- Comfortable applying data mesh principles for domain ownership and building discoverable, trusted data products.
- Skilled in AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and building agentic CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for automation and engineering rigor.
