About This Role
- Lead design and development of next-generation privileged access platform focusing on secure, performant gateway services and audited terminal access.
- Own end-to-end delivery including design, development, automated testing, deployment, and operational health of PAM platform services.
- Maintain service boundaries, design resilient APIs, and produce internal and open-source documentation to support secure-by-default practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience as Lead Software Engineer with team lead responsibilities and experience in AI-assisted development practices.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, Rust, or TypeScript with practical experience in secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, and session proxying (SSH, RDP, HTTPS).
- Experience with automated test frameworks (e.g., JEST), CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and SRE/observability tools.
- Practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, key-rotation protocols, real-time audit logging systems, zero-trust/zero-knowledge security, and encryption standards.
