About This Role
- Lead technical evolution of clinical trial data assets into AI-ready, governed products using DataOps and product management principles.
- Own end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion, master data management (MDM), governance, to secure consumption via Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Engineer API integrations and automate data quality and observability pipelines to support analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in master data management, data governance technology, or data engineering, with at least 2 years architecting DataOps or MDM frameworks.
- Proven experience building MDM frameworks and implementing automated governance in regulated environments.
- Advanced expertise in Azure ecosystem including Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Azure Key Vault.
- Strong skills in Databricks (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake), PySpark, SQL, RESTful APIs, and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Databricks Lakeflow, or Prefect).

- Experienced in regulated clinical research data environments requiring strict governance and data quality SLAs.
- Technically strong with hands-on expertise in DataOps automation, CI/CD, API integrations, and modern data governance technologies.
- Capable of designing and operationalizing master data and governance frameworks to support scalable, AI-ready data products.
