About This Role
- Implement SRE principles including SLI/SLO/SLA measurement, toil elimination, and reliability modeling for critical platforms.
- Develop and architect scalable infrastructure and operational solutions for new products/features.
- Lead incident management through troubleshooting, escalations, root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience with cloud/web/CDN scale infrastructure.
- Expertise in Linux production troubleshooting with tools like top, vmstat, iostat, dmesg, journald, and systemd.
- Strong networking skills including TCP/UDP, routing, DNS, HTTP(S), and TLS/SSL troubleshooting.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Saltstack), CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkins), Prometheus, Grafana, containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Deep expertise in production Linux systems and network protocols enabling quick bottleneck identification and mitigation.
- Focused on operational excellence with ability to create clear runbooks, automate fixes, and lead incident response.
- Experience working collaboratively with software development teams in Agile environments while driving reliability improvements.
